VIP status

VIP is a mode in which your castle receives a bundle of bonuses for production, combat, and tax collection. It activates automatically as soon as you have accumulated VIP time, and its strength increases with your VIP level. Here you will find how it works, what it gives you, and what to watch out for.

VIP points and VIP time are two different things

The VIP system is based on two values that you should not confuse:

  • VIP points determine your VIP level (1 to 10). You earn points by purchasing or from the daily login bonus.
  • VIP time determines whether the mode is currently active. Without active time, no bonuses work.

Be careful of the decrease: if the VIP mode is not active, you will lose 5% of your VIP points every day. The deduction occurs at midnight, so even a briefly active VIP will block the loss at that moment.

VIP levels and their thresholds

A higher level means stronger bonuses. The thresholds for VIP points are steep:

  • Level 2: 300 points, level 3: 1,000, level 4: 3,000, level 5: 8,000.
  • Level 6: 20,000, level 7: 50,000, level 8: 125,000.
  • Level 9: 250,000 and maximum level 10: 500,000 points.

When unlocking a new level (at least from the fifth), you will receive a reward of 24 hours of VIP time for free.

What VIP gives you

Bonuses scale with level. At the maximum level 10, for example, you get:

  • +30% production of wood, stone, and food in the main castle, at outposts, and in kingdoms.
  • +50% march speed when attacking and +40% glory from attacks.
  • +30% to tax income and the ability to collect taxes for coins after 12 and 24 hours.
  • +3 production slots and +3 recruitment slots.
  • +80% chance for better equipment and up to 300 premium commanders daily additionally.

Lower levels provide the same categories of bonuses, just to a lesser extent, and you have the VIP banner at castles from level 1.

How to gain and maintain VIP

You mainly gain VIP time and points from event tents, such as the Wheel of Fortune or Master Blacksmith. From the Master Blacksmith, you can buy weekly:

  • up to 2000 VIP points (one for 120 silver, max 5 purchases per week),
  • 1 day of VIP time for 220 silver (max 5 per week) or for 100 gold (max 10 per week).

The daily login bonus also adds points and time just for logging in.

Pro player tipTry to keep the VIP mode active past midnight, even if only for a few minutes. The deduction of 5% points is calculated at midnight, and active VIP at that moment will protect you from loss.
Common mistakeAccumulating a large number of VIP points and then letting the mode expire. Without active time, you lose 5% of points every day, and the level you have built up will gradually drop down.
