Glory Memorial

The Glory Memorial is a civilian building that provides a percentage bonus to all glory points earned in the respective kingdom. It has 100 levels, all of which are paid exclusively with rubies, and at maximum gives +400% glory and +600 public order.

Glory Memorial

What the Glory Memorial is for

The Glory Memorial is purely a glory building. It increases by percentage all glory points you earn in that kingdom, and also adds public order, helping you with happiness and production. The bonus only applies to the kingdom where the building is located, so if you are collecting glory in multiple kingdoms, it is worth having a memorial in more of them.

It is a building aimed at players who are fully engaged in the glory leaderboards and glory titles. For a newcomer, it is not a necessity, but for glory collectors, it is one of the strongest multipliers in the game.

One hundred levels only for rubies

Here, it needs to be said honestly: The Glory Memorial is paid for only with rubies from the first to the last level. It is not a building that you can construct from wood and stone. This makes it one of the most expensive civilian buildings in the game.

  • Level 1 – 7,500 rubies, +5% glory, +200 public order.
  • Level 5 – 9,150 rubies, +13% glory.
  • Level 10 – 13,050 rubies, +23% glory.
  • Level 20 – 27,450 rubies, +43% glory, +225 public order.
  • Level 100 (max) – +400% glory and +600 public order.

The cost of rubies increases smoothly with each level, so the last levels cost significantly more than the first. You also receive some experience points for each level.

Glory and public order bonus

The glory bonus increases roughly linearly: the first level gives +5%, each subsequent level adds a few percentage points, and at maximum, you reach a multiplier of +400%. This means that with a fully developed memorial, you earn multiple times the glory from each glorious attack compared to a player without it.

Alongside glory, public order also increases, starting at +200 and reaching +600 at maximum. Public order is useful for the happiness of the inhabitants and indirectly supports production in the kingdom where the building is located.

Demolition and consideration of rubies

The Glory Memorial can be demolished, but you do not get anything back from the demolition – no rubies, no resources. Therefore, it is a decision that you need to think through in advance; it is not a building for experimentation.

Given that it is a purely ruby investment with no return upon demolition, it makes sense to build and upgrade it only when you are committed to glory in the long term and want to attack higher glory titles.

Pro player tipBuild the Glory Memorial in the kingdom where you are actually collecting the most glory, and upgrade it gradually based on how many rubies you can afford to spend. The bonus applies locally to the respective kingdom, so when actively collecting glory in multiple kingdoms, consider having more memorials.
Common mistakeBuilding it under pressure and then demolishing it. You won't get back a single ruby from the demolition, so it is a non-reversible investment. Newcomers often build it unnecessarily early, even when they are not seriously dealing with glory yet and could use rubies better elsewhere.
