Loot warehouse – Goodgame Empire

Loot warehouse

An inconspicuous helper that collects loot from villages in one place. Build it once, leave it enough space, and don’t worry about it anymore.

Quick overview

Max level1
Size8×10
PriorityRecommended when utilizing villages.

The Loot Store is a collection point where goods from your resource villages, such as wood, stone, and other resources, automatically drop. It does not produce or attack anything itself; it simply holds the loot from the villages in one place, from where it moves on to your supply. In player terms, it is an inconspicuous but practical part of the entire chain from the village to the main castle. Once you have your villages up and running, the store works in the background for you, and you hardly have to take care of it.

When to build it

Build it when you start fully utilizing the resource villages and want to regularly extract resources from them. As long as you don't have your villages up and running, the store has nothing to fill, so you don't need to rush to build it at the beginning. The main thing to keep an eye on is space: the building is large (8×10), so leave it some room in the layout of your castle so you don't have to force it into a spot later.

Is it worth upgrading?

There is nothing to consider here. The Loot Store has a maximum level of 1, so there is no upgrading. You build it once, and that’s it; you do not invest further resources or rubies into it. This is actually nice because, unlike other buildings, you don’t have to worry about planning upgrades for it.

Pro player tipPlace it so that it does not obstruct the layout of production and defensive buildings, ideally in a corner or at the edge of the built-up area, where its large size of 8×10 will not be a squeeze. It works best in conjunction with actively used villages, so the more you extract from the villages, the more the store actually helps you, and the sooner it pays off that you left it space.
Common mistakeThe most common mistake is completely forgetting about it and then wondering why your villages are not filling your supplies as you would expect, because this building is an important link in the chain. Another classic is underestimating the size: the building takes up 8×10, and those who do not keep an eye on the space in advance end up rearranging half of the castle because of it. If you think ahead about where to place it, you can easily avoid both mistakes.
