Alliance Monuments

Monuments are neutral buildings that provide a bonus to glory. They only appear in the Great Empire and move to new locations on the map every month. There is no limit - you can occupy as many as you want.

How Monuments Work

Monuments are relocated each month to different areas on the map, both busy and empty, and the game informs all players about this. On a large server, they can appear in up to 1,000 different locations. Only the castellan from the main castle can own them - just like with laboratories. To upgrade, only wood and stone are sent, no resource sources from other kingdoms or honey and mead.

What a Monument Provides to Its Owner

  • You have full access to troop deployment and management of defense and tools on the wings and at the front.
  • The bonus adds glory from certain attacks - on the castle, on the outpost, on foreign castles, or on the castle of the Blood Ravens.
  • Resources for upgrades (wood and stone) are sent manually.

Monument in the Alliance

  • Gives the alliance 25 power points.
  • Each member of the alliance can send wood and stone for upgrades.
  • The glory bonus from the highest monument is distributed to each member - even to those who do not own any. However, multiple monuments do not stack; only the best one counts.
  • Anyone who joins the alliance with a monument keeps it. Anyone who leaves the alliance immediately loses the monument in favor of the raiding barons.

Small Monument (Statistics)

The small monument has levels 1 to 9 with increasing glory bonuses:

  • Level 1: +2 %
  • Level 2: +3 %
  • Level 3: +4 %
  • Level 4: +5 %
  • Level 5: +6 %
  • Level 6: +7 %
  • Level 7: +8 %
  • Level 8: +9 %
  • Level 9: +10 % (maximum)

Large Monument (Statistics)

The large monument continues from level 5 and goes up to level 19:

  • Level 9: +10 %
  • Level 12: +13 %
  • Level 15: +16 %
  • Level 19: +20 % (maximum)

For higher levels of the large monument, over 500,000 wood and stone are needed per level, so it is beneficial for the entire alliance to contribute.

Pro player tipOnly the bonus from the highest monument counts, not from all of them. Therefore, it is beneficial for the alliance to concentrate resources on upgrading one monument as high as possible, rather than spreading efforts across ten unfinished ones.
Common mistakeLeaving the alliance with the hope of taking the monument with you. You will immediately lose the one you did not bring upon entry in favor of the raiding barons.
