Voucher Codes and How to Redeem Them

Goodgame Studios occasionally gives out voucher codes in bundles and competitions. You enter the code directly in the game, in the voucher offer, not on this wiki.

Where You Enter the Code

When a voucher offer is active, a window appears in the game with a Voucher code field and a Redeem code button. Type or paste in the code and the game checks it right away. Once redeemed, the reward lands on your account, and you can't use the same code twice on the same offer.

Why the Game Says the Code Is Invalid

The game shows two different messages. Invalid code means the code doesn't exist, has expired, or you have a typo in it, watch out for mixing up zero and the letter O. The other message says you've already redeemed the code for this offer and received the reward. In both cases it helps to copy the whole code again, with no spaces at the start or end.

Where to Get Codes

Legitimate codes come from official channels, meaning the newsletter, Goodgame Studios' social media, streams and competition bundles. No official code is ever sold, and no code generator works.

What to Watch Out For

Sites offering code generators or free rubies actually want your login details. Your account is managed by Goodgame Studios and no one else has any way to top it up. This wiki doesn't give out or trade any codes.
