Logging In and Your Account

Your account is managed directly by Goodgame Studios, not by this wiki. You sign up with an email and password inside the game, or through Facebook, which only works on the game's official address.

How to Log In

Launch the game via the Play online button and the login window appears right inside it. Enter your email and password, or use Facebook login, which is only available on empire.goodgamestudios.com. If you've never played before, the game walks you through creating an account and naming your castle after the first launch.

Forgotten Password

The login screen has a Forgotten password link. Enter the email your account is registered with, and the game sends you a link to change it. That's why it pays to keep a current address on your account that you can actually access. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you didn't type the address with a typo.

When Login Doesn't Work

There are usually three causes. A mistyped password (watch out for capital letters and keyboard layout), Facebook login on a different domain than the one the account was created on, and a browser extension blocking the game. Try a different browser window without extensions, or the Empire Four Kingdoms mobile app with the same account. If nothing helps, Goodgame Studios support handles it directly in the game.

Account Security

Never give your game password to anyone. A Goodgame Studios employee will never ask for it, and this wiki doesn't want it either, since it doesn't manage your account. Sites promising free rubies in exchange for your login details will only steal your account.
