The Storm Islands
The Storm Islands are an alliance-focused event that runs every month in its own kingdom. Alliances and individual players compete for the most cargo points before the monthly storm arrives. The main resource is aquamarine.
Aquamarine and Cargo Points
Aquamarine is a special resource of the Storm Islands. It cannot be placed in the alliance treasury or sent to another player - the only exception is a successful attack, where the attacker can steal aquamarine from the defeated player. You use it for three things:
- Building cargo ships, which generate cargo points.
- Building aquamarine hideouts to prevent others from plundering it.
- Buying goods from Luna's trading ship docked at the castle.
Today, you can also earn cargo points by defeating storm fortresses and resource islands, not just by building ships as in earlier versions.
The Storm and the End of the Event
The countdown to the monthly storm always resets on the 1st day of the month at 12:30. When the storm arrives:
- The top 5 alliances receive special rewards.
- The 10 players with the most cargo points receive storm titles based on their ranking, which provide advantages to the holders.
- The map is cleared, players will not be able to enter the next start of the Storm Islands and will start from scratch next time.
- All assets return to the main castles - except for aquamarines. You must spend them by the end of the event, otherwise they will be lost.
Luna's Trading Ship
At Luna, you exchange aquamarine for equipment, resources, and relics. Selected items:
- Turtle Ram (1530) - -15% enemy gate protection.
- Hook Anchors (1530) - -15% wall protection.
- War Horn (2960) - +1% melee combat strength.
- False Peasants (1570) - -10% ranged defender combat strength.
- Relic Gems for the Castellan and Commander (Gen 2, 50000) - relics with four heroic effects.
- Experience packs, coins, time skips, and decorations for reward points.
Rewards and Harbor
Alliance rewards are based on threshold points: for Top 5 Sacrificial Pond (1800 reward points) and 100000 rubies to the alliance treasury, for 200000 points 18 Sceats, and then construction and upgrade tokens, coins, and rubies. Individual rewards mirror the alliance ones at thresholds of 200000, 160000, and 90000 points.
The event also features an exclusive building Harbor. It functions like stables - speeding up army movement. You have it built immediately upon entry, at level 2 it provides +60% speed for 12300 rubies.
